When Cuomo Catering first opened it's door's in 1977, the Cuomo's offered their own families traditional recipes: succulent beef, moist chicken, and our "one of a kind" baked mostaccioli. As the families reputation for "quality food at reasonable prices" grew, so did Cuomo Catering!

Today Cuomo Catering can handle any size event and can customize any menu that you might desire. As you can see browsing through our web page our menus now include many different selections, but this is just the beginning! Let

We maintain our own fleet of vehicles to insure that your deliveries are on time! Our fleet of vehicles allow us to serve a greater number of events, from large to small, we serve them all!

As catering professionals we maintain membership in trade organizations and constantly improve our knowledge of catering through training.

The NACE is the educational arm of the entire catering industry, committed to supporting, promoting and improving all aspects of the business. As a leader in educational programs for the industry, they provide seminars, workshops and product presentations to various trade and industry organizations throughout the year.

We also train our employees through CaterSource®, One of the largest companies specializing in training catering professionals.
